The Hare & Lurcher
Inspired by walks with our lovely Lurcher Forest, The Hare and lurcher Lino Print is dedicated to her. This lino print is Forest dreaming of the chase.
Lino print on 90gm acid-free Hosho paper. Hosho has a slight texture. Printed with traditional Cranfield oil-based relief printing inks. Image size is approx 20/30cm. Paper size approx 28/40cm.
WOLF IN The Woods
This print was made after reading bedtime stories with her daughter and the stories would often have a Wolf as the hero. Wolves are her favourite animal and she commissioned this lino print for her bedroom wall.
Printed on 36g Kitakata green Awagami, Washi paper. It has a lovely sheen and a slightly green hew. Printed with light-fast, traditional Cranfield oil-based relief printing inks. In a lovely velvety Carbon Black.
Paper size: approximately 37.5/23.5 cm, image size approx 30/16.5 cm. The print has deckled edges.
CROWS & THISTLES
Crows are her favourite birds and she liked to watch them foraging amongst the Thistles on Stourbridge Common in Cambridge.
Printed on 90g Hosho paper with traditional oil-based Cranfield inks. Image approximately 20/30cm.
